East Sacramento

East Sacramento (also known as East Sac) is a highly sought-after neighborhood east of downtown and midtown. It is bordered by B Street and Elvas Avenue to the north, V Street and Stockton Blvd to the south, the American River to the east and Business 80 to the west. The popularity of East Sac is due in part to its central freeway location, proximity to the Midtown area and the State Capital corridor, and relatively easy access via bike, public transportation or walking. East Sacramento also includes McKinley Park and the “Fabulous Forties” neighborhood.
